Riley Evans, Miss Moraine State’s Outstanding Teen, is the new Miss Pennsylvania’s Outstanding Teen and will represent the Commonwealth at the Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Scholarship Competition in Orlando, FL.

Riley, who is 16 years of age, will be a senior at Bethel Park High School this fall. A dancer, Riley’s social impact platform is Dancer Against Cancer, raising awareness about cancer and how people can volunteer their time and money to help those living with cancer.

Says Riley: “I’m blessed to be able to represent Pennsylvania and this great organization, and look forward to making a positive impact throughout my year of service!”
