We are thrilled to announce the Miss Pennsylvania “Belles” Program for 2024! This program is designed to introduce young ladies, ages 5 through 12 years of age, to Miss Pennsylvania, Miss Pennsylvania’s Outstanding Teen and the Miss America program, which is one of the largest scholarship programs in the world. In fact, the Miss PA Scholarship Foundation awards over $70,000 in scholarships and awards each June at the state competitions held in York, PA.

As the state chapter of Miss America’s Little Sisters program, our Pennsylvania “Belles” participate in a variety of activities throughout the year, as well as during the Miss Pennsylvania and Miss Pennsylvania’s Teen Competition, June 13-15, 2024. They dance with our state titleholders in the preshow, perform during the glamorous eveningwear competition and are “crowned” at their very own, “Belle of the Ball” Party during Miss PA week!
