Miss PA Scholarship Foundation, Inc.The Miss PA Scholarship Foundation, Inc. (MPSF) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering young women. We are the official licensee of the Miss America Organization for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The organization is dedicated to the Miss America mission, This is accomplished by focusing on scholarship, social impact, talent, and empowerment at the local and state levels.
The organization works with local programs throughout the state to produce the Miss Pennsylvania Scholarship Competition, a preliminary to the Miss America Competition. The organization also produces the Miss Pennsylvania’s Teen Competition, a preliminary to Miss America’s Teen.
The Miss America Organization dates to 1921 and is closing in on the century mark of providing scholarship to women.
