Victoria Vespico is a proud native of Northeastern Pennsylvania and a graduate of Penn State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication. A lifelong Girl Scout and 20-year member, Victoria is deeply committed to service, leadership, and community. She is a dairy farmer, educator, and founding member of Supporters of Camp Archbald, where she continues to volunteer her time to ensure future generations can enjoy the same opportunities she had.

 

A passionate advocate for sustainable development, Victoria is the founder of Sustainability Starts with You, a program focused on empowering individuals to make #SimpleChanges that collectively create a better world. Her work centers on education, accessibility, and practical solutions that inspire long-term environmental stewardship.

 

In addition to her grassroots initiatives, Victoria serves on the communications team for America250PA—Pennsylvania’s Commission preparing to celebrate the nation’s 250th birthday in July 2026. Through this role, she has helped coordinate volunteer engagement for projects like the Keystone Classroom Initiative and the Mobile Experience, which bring Pennsylvania’s rich history to life for students across the Commonwealth while promoting literacy and civic pride.

 

Victoria also proudly serves as an honorary member of Governor Josh Shapiro’s NextGen Commission, where she continues to champion youth voices and forward-thinking solutions in state leadership.

 

Victoria is honored to represent the Commonwealth as the 95th Miss Pennsylvania.

Victoria is looking forward to competing in the Miss America Competition this September in Orlando, Florida as Miss Pennsylvania.
