Stephanie Skinner, 22, of Philadelphia, was crowned Miss Pennsylvania 2026 on June 20th at the Appell Center in York. She is a 2026 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. degree in Economics with concentrations in Management, Marketing, and Operations Decision Processes.
Stephanie’s greatest passion lies in service. As the founder of Hands of Hope, she is dedicated to instilling hope and self-confidence in the next generation. Hands of H.O.P.E empowers youth impacted by Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) to build hope for brighter futures, Opportunity, Prevention, and Education.
She is an author of a children’s book Holding Hands with HOPE, a story about Self-Love and Acceptance.
As Miss Pennsylvania, Stephanie will travel across the Commonwealth meeting with children, organizations, and political officials to expand access and opportunities for youth nationwide.
Stephanie will represent Pennsylvania in the Miss America Competition in September where she will bring her advocacy to a national stage.
