The entire Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is beaming with pride after an extraordinary week in sunny West Palm Beach, Florida. Representing Pennsylvania on the national stage at the Miss America and Miss America’s Teen competitions, Miss Pennsylvania Stephanie Skinner and Miss Pennsylvania’s Teen Anna Rinnier showcased the talent, grace, and heart of the Keystone State.

While both young women delivered stunning performances, their impact extended far beyond the stage. Pennsylvania gained national distinction as both Stephanie and Anna were named Finalists for the prestigious Quality of Life Award in their respective divisions.

The Quality of Life Award honors delegates who demonstrate exceptional commitment to community service and social impact initiatives. Having both of Pennsylvania’s titleholders recognized as top finalists nationally speaks volumes about the character, leadership, and dedication to service that Stephanie and Anna bring to their roles.

Stephanie Skinner (Miss Pennsylvania): Recognized as a Quality of Life Finalist for her dedicated work and advocacy through her 501c3 non-profit, Hands of Hope, proving that adversity can be overcome through hope.

Anna Rinnier (Miss Pennsylvania’s Teen): Named a Quality of Life Finalist in the Teen division, setting an inspiring example for youth across the state through her passion for service to veterans in Home of the Brave: Serving Those Who Serve Us, advocating for the importance of veterans and sharing their stories.
